THE BEGINNING
Design Freaks launched on Halloween of 2018.
This podcast highlights and examines the people and stories behind record covers, poster art, band logos, and other recognizable music-related imagery.
Started as a conversation between Clarita and fellow creatives, Design Freaks has expanded to include interviews with musicians and artists, as well as short-form episodes.
AUDIENCE
Design Freaks listeners are a niche group of record collectors, graphic designers/artists, musicians, and music history freaks.
Listeners have been tracked to 50+ countries all over the globe with a majority in the United States, the UK, and Canada.
RUINOUS MEDIA
In April 2020, Design Freaks joined Ruinous Media, a media production company founded by Seattle musician/podcaster Joe Plummer.
